Our Chef Harald Stoll is a veritable master in the kitchen. From selected natural products he is able to produce refined delicacies, using unadulterated, pure ingredients from mother nature. Specialities from South Tyrol or from Italy, international o vegetarian cuisine – there surely is something for everybody: beginning with the rich breakfast buffet including a bio corner, ending with a 4-course menu for dinner, offering also a vegetarian menu and biological food. But wait for the starters and the salad buffet – absolutely irresistible! Please, give me more!
